Booking and Payment Options

Full payment and a security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. 4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection in London, it is important to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage without delay. 7. Restricted Uses

- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is forbidden. Ensure the vehicle is used only for its intended purpose and within specified passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond designated geographical areas requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations in London
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire London will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may occur from your use of our services.
